Koumarinos

Apostolos Koumarinos is the Founder of theSPEAKERS and Host of theSPEAKERS Podcast, one of the leading podcasts in Greece. With over 140 episodes in the past three years and guests including scientists, Olympians, entrepreneurs, artists, and authors, the podcast ranks consistently among the top three shows in Greece on Spotify and Apple Podcasts in the Self-Care and Educational categories.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Apostolos discovered his passion for communication at the age of seven, when he began reading books on rhetoric and personal development.
After completing his MBA at Nottingham Business School, he co-founded two public speaking clubs, earned the title of Impromptu Public Speaking Champion in a national competition at the American College of Greece, and has since delivered more than 800 speeches across Europe and Oceania.
In 2018, Apostolos founded theSPEAKERS, Greece’s first and most influential personal development platform dedicated to Public Speaking and Human Communication. Today, over 200,000 people follow his work across social media, reflecting a growing movement toward elevating the quality and consciousness of human communication.
In January 2019, he became a Certified Coach through the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Lifelong Learning Center). A year later, he graduated with honors from the Negotiations program at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Before fully committing to his mission, Apostolos spent 15 years as an International Sales Manager, traveling to 33 countries across four continents. These experiences exposed him to diverse cultures and audiences — helping him realize that true fulfillment comes not from titles or achievements, but from meaningful human connection.
In 2021, he left his corporate career to devote himself entirely to theSPEAKERS. That same year, he began a four-year training in Systemic & Family Psychotherapy at the Center for Systemic Therapy and Counseling, with the goal of becoming a licensed psychotherapist.
A lifelong endurance athlete, Apostolos has completed 16 marathons and ultramarathons on both road and trail — most recently the Authentic Athens Marathon (42.2 km) as part of Team MDA Hellas, supporting people with neuromuscular conditions.
In December 2023, he published “The Public Speaking Guide” — Greece’s first comprehensive handbook on public speaking, designed to help individuals deliver the best talk of their lives in any field.
In January 2024, Apostolos delivered the opening keynote at one of the largest events ever held in Greece, alongside world-renowned author Robin Sharma, before an audience of more than 3,200 people in Athens.
He believes that in life, we are all faced with a choice:
to live as Kings or as pawns.

Book APOSTOLOS
Because words can move people. And presence can move worlds. Looking for a speaker who doesn’t just inform, but transforms? Through powerful storytelling, deep presence, and meaningful interaction, I create experiences that stay with people long after the event ends. Whether it's a keynote, workshop, or intimate session, I don’t come to speak at an audience, I come to speak with them.
Let’s spark reflection. Let’s shift perspectives. Let’s move people, from the inside out.
